We recommend CSR activities to be carried our between March and November, with the best months being in April, May, September and early October.

Coralku is based on Lang Tengah Island, Terengganu, Malaysia, where all CSR activities take place. Lang Tengah is a small, beautiful, and quite island nestled in-between the Perhentians and Redang Island.

We are leading Malaysian coral restoration research. All our methods and efforts are based on our own research, which we publish in peer-reviewed academic journals. We combine hands-on coral restoration with scientific research, and investigate how to restore reefs under climate change to develop innovative solutions. Our work includes climate change research, restoration experiments, coral spawning and studies of coral responses to marine heatwaves. Research and monitoring findings help inform how we design and improve restoration activities.
