Rebuilding Reefs through Science, Innovation & Community

Coral nurseries
We deploy coral nurseries to grow coral fragments in controlled settings, then transplant them to degraded reef sites.
Replenishing reefs at scale
Half of our restoration sites retain geologically intact substrate that is suitable for coral propagation. We use low-cost attachment techniques that introduce low amounts of foreign material without plastic and chemical glues.

Reefs to Rubble to Reefs
Some coral sites are heavily degraded and are not recovering naturally. Here we use a combination of substrate stabilization blended with the addition of artificial substrate to create patches of coral gardens.
Citizens in Action
Together with tourists and companies, we restore popular snorkeling and dive sites. This activity helps us increase the scale of our impact.
